Hi Rob, welcome and thanks for being here to chat with us today. Robert DeCanio: Hey, everybody! How ya' doin' todaaaay? Kymber23: General, you were by far my favorite survivor, I was hoping you would survive that silly alliance problem. Do you regret the alliance made with John, Tammy and Zoe? Robert DeCanio: No, I would never regret that alliance because that was actually the best place to be at the time. Zonker: General, did you think you were going to get off the island in one piece after all the accidents you had in the first few days? Robert DeCanio: Well, I only had one accident where my toe was cut up pretty bad and I had no problem with recovering from that. I'm a fast healer. AnGeLJoLi: What did you think of Rob Mariano's disparaging comments about you and the rest of the original Rotu when he was switched to your tribe? Robert DeCanio: The comments that Rob Mariano made were in private and we saw them when America saw then and you wanna know something? Where I come from there's a Rob Mariano on every corner. He's a great kid and he was great on TV. He was my favorite character up until he left. Grumby: Robert, what the toughest part of SURVIVOR, the physical or social aspects? Robert DeCanio: Both were fairly easy for me. The toughest part about SURVIVOR, to tell you the truth, I can't even say there was a tough part...it was hard but I loved doing it. I just loved being there and would love to do it again. I like that kind of stuff so it wasn't hard for me, it was challenging and an amazing experience. I would love to do it again and again and again and again. prettybrowneyes: Who did you think was attractive on the island? Robert DeCanio: Okay, now, the prettiest girl out there is not the hottest girl out...you know, we had a bunch of really good looking women out there and I gotta say Gina, Tammy, Neleh are all pretty girls but Sarah was the hottest. But there's a difference between pretty and hot. rg123: How did the nickname "The General" come about? Robert DeCanio: *laughs* The mystery is much better than the story so we'll just leave it right there! Ha, ha!  |
