Survivor of the Week - Episode 11

I believe that Eliza should be the castaway of the week because, although she isn't anyone's favorite in the tribe, she has still managed to get through yet another Tribal Council. She is greatly underestimated, and she is a strong and smart player.

Believing Twila, Chris and Scout and voting Leann out was one of the best moves of the game. Finally they broke up that cocky alliance! And for winning the Reward Challenge.

Eliza has been a target since day one and has dodged that bullet for thirty days. With the exception of Mia's exit, Eliza has always voted for the eliminated Castaway. This week, Eliza proved her intelligence in the memory Reward Challenge. Later, when the tide had turned against her, Eliza, once again rose above (on the right side) and sent Leann packing. Another astounding week!

Eliza had her head on the block and used her gut feelings to trust Chris. This girl's intelligence shines through every so often, and outwitting is allowing her to outlast and maybe, just maybe, outplay the competition.

Winning the Reward Challenge showed that when Eliza wants something bad enough (one-hour visit with mom), she gets it. She also had the sense to change the outcome of the game by changing alliances, and no longer trusting the so-called leaders of the women's alliance.

Eliza has played well enough to still be in the game when so many wanted her gone. Her biggest move was voting against Leann, and it puts her in a much better position for at least the near future. If she can win Immunity, it betters her position still by giving her more control of not only her destiny, but over who'll be going home. She's a player that's stayed in the radar but hasn't made any real enemies. With the division that ahead she's sitting pretty!

Eliza should be chosen for Survivor of the week because people constantly underestimate her. She is 21 years old and has survived longer that anyone who has ever plotted against her. She also won the Reward Challenge that tested her memory of the other Survivors and of activities played throughout the game. Eliza is the best player on SURVIVOR: VANUATU.

I loved her facial expression during Tribal Council: the "Oh, too bad; looks like I'm getting voted off" look. She is a great player considering that she makes it every week. A smart cookie, too, in that Reward Challenge! A very underestimated player. Go, Eliza!

Eliza might just have the most power in the game right now. She wins the Reward, having her mom with her at camp, and then she turns the table on the power players, Ami, Julie and Leann. Eliza can either go with Julie and Ami or she can stick with her current alliance of Twila, Scout and Chris. Either way, she is ending in the Final Four and possibly the Final Three after being targeted from week one.

I wasn't too crazy about Eliza at first, but she has proven to be a tough little girl and a very smart one. She is the one who broke the unbreakable alliance. She knew when she could no longer trust the others and moved to greener pastures. The point I'm trying to express is that Eliza is the dark horse who could possibly ride up and grab the million.

Eliza is still surviving in the game in spite of being placed on the chopping block for a number of times. In the last Tribal Council, it was a good move on her part to take the risk and follow Chris in voting together with Twila and Scout. It has certainly ensured her place on the island for the next few days and might even twist the game by giving her newly formed alliance an edge over the game. Eliza's strength lies in her memory skills, and that helped her win the last Reward Challenge.
