Lynn is a typical Type A personality. She and her husband, Eddie, have only been married for six months, but when these two argue, things can get heated quickly. Lynn, a 28-year-old native of Exton, Pennsylvania, now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is self-employed as a speech-language pathologist.
If Lynn's work day isn't busy enough, she also competes in fitness competitions and can be found at the gym by 5AM most days. This is an issue with Eddie who claims she hasn't missed a day at the gym in years.
Lynn is also the bread-winner of the household, which can be a source of angst within their marriage. She's quick to point out that most of their arguments revolve around money and Eddie's laziness around the house. Lynn claims that she has to do everything around their house if she wants anything to get done. Another point of contention for this young couple involves Lynn's parents, with whom Eddie doesn't have the best relationship.
Lynn loves her husband and acknowledges that their strong friendship is the basis for their relationship, but she is definitely tired of arguing. She looks to her pals at her Tuesday Night Book Club for a little bit of peace and quiet and maybe some answers on how to make her marriage stronger.
