Maple and Cider Vinaigrette with Baby Romaine

Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

1. Pour all ingredients into a clean jar.
2. Put the top on tightly and shake until blended.
3. Drizzle over a loosely piled salad of baby romaine lettuce.
