1 1/4" x 36" wooden dowel
1 large beaded tassel
2 feet star garland (you can use more beads)

hot glue gun
Elmer's glue
small paint brushes

Instructions
1. Cover entire face liberally with petroleum jelly.
2. Fill bathroom sink with warm water.
3. Cut plasterform in 6" pieces and hold ends taught dipping quickly into warm water.
4. Place wet plasterform on face, being careful to leave spaces for eye area, lips and nostrils.
5. Repeat until entire face is covered in several layers to satisfaction. Smooth with fingers as you work. Cut small strips and add surface dimension to eyebrows and lips.
6. Let sit 10-20 minutes until hardened. You can feel it when you tweak your facial muscles or tap lightly.
7. Carefully remove from face and set aside overnight
8. Paint Elmer's glue onto the areas you would like to appear metallic.
9. Sprinkle with metal flakes and press on with dry brush. Continue for all metal flake areas.
10. Paint aqua acrylic on remaining areas (diagonally half face.) Let dry.
11. Cut 3/4" tips off turkey down feathers. Hot glue three to inside of upper eyelid opening.
12. Using Elmer's, glue a line of red rhinestones across upper lip. (Handle with tweezers.)
13. Using Elmer's, glue a thin line of green stones to the right eyebrow and adhere the amber stones on the left.
14. Hot glue end of ribbon to end of dowel. Wrap ribbon around length of dowels and hot glue top allowing excess to fall freely.
15. Hot glue top of ribbon wrapped dowel to inside right edge of mask (near ear area.)
16. Hot glue tassel on outside right edge side of mask.
17. Hot glue pheasant feathers on outside right edge side of mask with feathers going up and arching overhead.
18. Hot glue strung beads and garland from ear to ear allowing swag to hang freely like a necklace.
Happy masquerading!
