Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
These are the perfect pop-in-your-mouth appetizers. The strong burst of blue cheese flavor is a welcomed surprise.
Ingredients
1 can colossal pitted black olives
4 oz. blue cheese chunk
2 oz. sour cream
2 oz. cream cheese
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove minced
pimento to garnish
Directions
1. Open olives and drain liquid from contents.
2. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth.
3. Using a demitasse spoon or a frosting cone and tip, fill the empty olives with the blue cheese mixture.
4. Add a small piece of pimento on top of cheese for accent and flavor.
5. Arrange on relish tray with other items. Add greenery as desired.
