Apple Chutney Butter

Ingredients
15 peeled, cored, sliced apples
2 sticks of butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ginger
½ jar of chutney

Directions
Simmer 15 peeled cored, chopped apples in at least a 4 quart covered stockpot on low heat. Allow butter to soften at room temp for 30 minutes or zap it for 15 seconds in microwave. Remove softened apples from heat, drain liquid and mash pulp.

Blend mashed pulp with softened butter. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Add 6 oz. of chutney and stir. Pour into serving bowl.
