I always like to create menus for my dining guests. My guests always get a kick out of them and they are really simple to do. First, open the word processing program on your computer. Type in your menu in the order it will be served, leaving spaces between each course. Center your text on the page and choose a fun font that suits the theme of your meal. Select an attractive paper from your local craft store and run it through your printer. Cut the paper down to size and mount it (using spray mount adhesive) on a coordinating piece of cardstock. Cut the card stock to a slightly larger size, so the different color of the cardstock will "frame" the menu portion. Embellish with a ribbon or decorative item at the top of your menu.
