Sausage and Egg Casserole
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
dash Tabasco sauce
10 pieces of white bread, de-crusted and cubed
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese
Spray a 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the bread, sausage, and cheese in the pan first. Mix together all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, return to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
For the Wickedly Perfect challenge, I put the mixture in individual bowls. You could also use large ramekins. Whatever serving dish you use, be sure to layer the ingredients in the proper order and let it rest overnight.
