Perfectly Poached Egg
Thanks to renowned chef Bobby Flay, we can all poach the perfect egg. Here's what he taught me.
Bring a quart of water to a rapid boil. Add a few tablespoons of vinegar. Crack an egg into a small dish. Carefully slide the egg out of the dish into the boiling water. Let cook briefly. Remove egg with slotted spoon. Rest egg briefly on clean cloth to remove excess water. Eat up! Who knew?
