Margo's MmmMmm Potato Salad-- Serves 4
4 Russet potatoes - peeled
4 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
3/4 cup diced kosher dill pickles
½ cup chopped black olives
1 tsp. granulated sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Place potatoes and eggs together in large pot; cover with water and boil until done. Set aside to cool while you dice the pickles and chop the olives. Once the potatoes are cool enough to handle peel them and cut into ½ inch pieces. Peel and cut the eggs in the same fashion. Place potatoes and eggs in large bowl and combine with other ingredients. Spoon salad into a large decorative bowl, and lightly sprinkle with paprika and adorn with parsley. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
