Voting Period: The "ACM Award's: Entertainer of the Year Voting Program" (the "Program"), is divided into two (2) separate voting phases. The first voting phase (the "1st Voting Phase"), will take place online through the CBSI Service, beginning on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ending on or about at -5:00:00 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, April 6, 2014. The second voting phase (the "2nd Voting Phase") will take place via mobile text and online voting and will run from 5:00:00 PM Pacific Time and end on or about 7:45:00 PM Pacific Time on Sunday April 6, 2014 (collectively, the 1st Voting Phase and the 2nd Voting Phase shall be referred to as the "Voting Period"). Sponsor may at its sole and exclusive discretion shift the Voting Period and/or any terms of the Program and post notice of shift online at the CBSI Service. The Academy of Country Music Awards ("ACM Awards") broadcast is subject to preemption and schedule changes. Please check local television listings for ACM Award's broadcast dates/times in your area. 3. Program Description: During the Voting Period, viewers will be asked to vote for their favorite nominee to win the Academy of Country Music 2014 Entertainer of the Year award from among the up to five (5) nominees (decided at ACM's sole discretion) found on the CBSI Service. A combination of votes from the Academy of Country Music members and the public will decide the winner of the 2014 Entertainer of the Year award. Once on the CBSI Service follow the instructions on the Program page to complete the voting form. The winner will be announced live during the broadcast of the 49th annual ACM Award's on Sunday April 6, 2014. 4. How to Participate: There are two ways to submit votes: a) Voting Online (voting online is free): to submit your vote without using text messaging go to "voteacm.com" on the CBSI Service during the 1st Voting Phase and follow the instructions to complete the voting form. Users may vote once, per day, per person, during the 1st Voting Phase, all votes in excess of the maximum allowed will be disqualified; b) Voting Via Cell Phone Text Messaging: ff you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging capable device, you may submit your vote during the 2nd Voting Phase by sending a text message to the short code "99888" with your vote for your favorite nominee for the Academy of Country Music 2014 Entertainer of the Year award. Users may only vote for one nominee. Text messages that contain more than one number will not be counted. You will receive a "thank you" text message that provides additional information about the Program. You will be charged standard text and data rates for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and voters should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Program. Furthermore, the Administrators may permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules, and to terminate or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, or late. Conditions for Voting: Administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the Program, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion.
