About ACM Sessions
Country music fans everywhere can now experience performances from their favorite artists as part of “ACM Sessions”, an online concert series from the Academy of Country Music and CBS Interactive.
The first “ACM Sessions” performance launched in April 2013 and featured ACM Award winner and show co-host, Luke Bryan. The performance was taped in front of a live audience at the legendary Whiskey a Go Go on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip and features Bryan performing some of his hits and songs, along with a Q&A about his music.
Later in 2013, ACM Sessions went to Nashville and featured two break out acts, Justin Moore and Brett Eldredge, shot at The Stage on Broadway. The events featured stripped down performances from both artists as well and intriguing conversations hosted by the Academy of Country Music's Lisa Lee. Justin and Brett would go on to both be nominated in the New Artist of the Year category for the upcoming 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 6th on CBS, and you can watch both Sessions here at CBS.com.
Stay tuned in the coming days, as we unveil our next few ACM Sessions featured artists!
