About Old Dominion

Some people might know the phrase "Old Dominion" as a nickname for the Commonwealth of Virginia; however, in recent years, country music fans have primarily associated the with one of the genre's most spirited bands. After releasing their debut album, 2015's Meat And Candy, the instrumentally innovative quintet was named as a "Band To Watch" by Billboard, Rolling Stone and Huffington Post.

Old Dominion's debut single, "Break Up With Him," was a Top 10 hit on the Hot Country Songs chart, but that wasn't the first time these fine gents topped the charts. Before joining forces, some of the members penned tunes for country superstars like Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, The Band Perry, Keith Urban, and Kenny Chesney, who's bringing Old Dominion out with him on the Spread The Love Tour throughout spring and summer of 2016.

Songs from Old Dominion's debut LP have been streamed over 24 million times on Spotify and the band recently released a video for the album's second single, "Snapback."

Watch the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards to see if Old Dominion wins the following categories: New Vocal Group Or Duo Of The Year and Vocal Group Of The Year.
