INGREDIENTS:
-6 Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled & cubed
-1 Tablespoon Salt
-1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
-1 1/2 Cups Water
-1/2 Cups Sour Cream
-1/2 Cups Whole Milk
-3 Garlic Cloves, peeled
-3 Tablespoons butter
PREPARATION:
Combine potatoes, water, garlic, salt & pepper in slow cooker and cook for 5 hours on low. Drain potatoes and transfer them & garlic to large mixing bowl. Mash garlic and potatoes together by hand with large spoon, gradually mixing in butter, whole milk, then sour cream until reaching desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
