Hindering rescue operations with drones
Drones have become a hit toy with many techies, but not without consequence. FAA regulations usually only permit hobbyists to fly drones up to 400 feet high and also restrict space around airports, but that doesn't prevent all potential harm that drones could cause with aircraft. Recently, fire officials have had to call off water and flame retardant drops on raging wildfires because private drones were hovering in the airspace. Basically, the wrong guy with a flying camera can put lives at risk.
