Big Days: Ted continues his search for "the one” while nervously preparing for his best man speech outside a Church for not yet disclosed bride and groom. We then flashback to Ted anxiously at McLaren’s, too nervous to approach an attractive girl at the bar. After he wastes too much time arguing with Barney about who had "dibs”, he realizes she is there with Cindy, a girl he dated who things did not end well with. Ted remembers that Cindy’s roommate was a girl who seemed perfect and wonders if that’s who Cindy is with.  In the end turns out Cindy and the girl are on their first date and the girl is not the roommate he will ultimately marry. Meanwhile, Robin has let herself go, eating junk food and wearing sweats, due to her heartbreak; the gang questions whether she has lost her appeal. Marshall told his father that he and Lily are going to start trying for a baby, as indicated by the homemade bassinette that arrived at their house. Additionally he has announced to the world that he and Lily have officially started trying for a baby. Lily is concerned that his dad is too involved but in the end appreciates the close relationship they have. Robin puts herself back together to prove how quickly she can get a man to approach her, confirming that she has not "lost it”. The show ends with Marshall and Ted outside the church, it begins to rain as they go inside. ...
