What would a futuristic hospital look like?
Pure Genius, premiering this Fall on CBS, is a forward-thinking medical drama that pushes the boundaries of modern medicine.
On the show, Dermot Mulroney (My Best Friend's Wedding, The Grey) plays Dr. Walter Wallace, a disgraced but brilliant surgeon who is recruited by a young tech titan, James Bell (Augustus Prew), to help run his state-of-the-art treatment center, Bunker Hill. But when Dr. Wallace discovers Bell is harboring a secret about his past, the doctor begins to question just what the young founder is really trying to achieve.
Jason Katims (Parenthood, Friday Night Lights) created and executive produces Pure Genius, which also stars Brenda Song as Angie Cheng, Odette Annable as Dr. Zoe Brockett, Reshma Shetty as Dr. Talaikha Channarayapatra, Aaron Jennings as Dr. Malik Verlaine, and Ward Horton as Dr. Scott Strauss.
