Rule #10 - Never get personally involved in a case.
Gibbs certainly had trouble with Rule #10 when he had to decide between staying and protecting a women’s shelter outside Kabul, or following orders and evacuating due to an impending attack. He broke the rule after memories resurfaced—memories of a time when he refused to help smuggle abused women into the United States. When was he right? When was he wrong? Was he ever either?
