Dad's Visit: ÂJeff’s dad, Roy, comes for a quick visit and Audrey dreads having to deal with his chauvinistic attitude. Jeff, who idolizes his father, tends to turn a blind eye to his shortcomings, leaving Audrey to deal with it on her own. She decides to handle it by gently putting her foot down, and when he asks her to get him a beer she kindly suggests that he help himself. Unfortunately, while getting the beer Roy trips over a new rug that Audrey had put in the kitchen, leaving him with a sprained ankle. Not only does this extend Roy’s visit, it also leads to Roy filing a claim against Audrey and Jeff’s homeowners insurance. Incensed, Audrey confronts Jeff about it. Initially, Jeff thinks it’s a natural reaction to the incident, but when Roy insults Audrey’s taste in home furnishings, Jeff finally stands up to him. Meanwhile, Adam must win back Jeff’s approval by watching The Godfather, and Russell deals with a one night stand that won’t leave his apartment.  ...
