7. How difficult was the food-eating competition?
"You know what? When the stakes are that high, nothing's going to get in my way. Plus, it's all Cambodian local delicacies people eat. So, I'm thinking I've been born in a Korean household and we tend to eat things that some people think are pretty gnarly, but they're nutritious and they're packed with protein.
It's really not that bad. I take that back. That spider! It was hairy and then, when you bit into the stomach of it, it literally would pop like a gusher in your mouth. The texture was chunky and soft.
I was 16 days in. All I had been eating were clams and snails here and there. If I can get more substance in my stomach to fuel me for a few more days, yeah, I'm all about it."
