4. How did you train to become one of this season's biggest physical threats?
Joe: "At home, before going out, I practiced hot yoga. I love yoga. I think it's a really important part of mental, physical, and just emotional health. In holding poses and working on balance, there is a lot of mental focus, and it's all about being in touch with your body and how you control pain or cramping or whatever you want to call it.
So, I definitely practiced through yoga, balance, [and] stuff in the pool. There was a lot of preparation that goes into playing, but [there was] also a mental side, like working on puzzles. Just figuring out how far can I actually push myself—and apparently that was to the point of fainting."
