5. What advice do you have for future castaways who may bump heads with their tribe mates?
Alecia: "Strength isn’t always the physical, it’s also the mental. I never cried or was in the corner, feeling bad for myself. I was pretty much just laughing at them throughout the game.
So, what I would just say is, remain mentally strong and choose to not let it get to you. I chose to confront the situation and stand up for myself. Most of it was not said to my face and that’s what most of the viewers aren’t understanding. I don’t take lip from anyone. If you look at the episodes, they’re all blasting me behind my back. I stood my ground more than it was showed.
I want everyone to know that I was okay out there. People feel bad for me but I was honestly okay and just [laughed] at them. [If] you’re 15 years older than me and you’re acting like that when you have a daughter and setting a really bad image for not only women but your kid, [then] that’s on you at the end of the day, buddy."
