James Corden Has Been Ready To Host The GRAMMYs Since He Was 15
Fellow late night host Stephen Colbert finds James' first TV appearance and celebrity interview.

This Sunday, James Corden will stride on stage to host The 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards® live from Madison Square Garden in New York City.

If it seems like a familiar role for him, it is. And not just because he hosted last year.

Nope, not just because he hosts The Late Late Show on CBS.

It turns out, James has been doing this since he was a teenager in the early '90s. When he made a visit to the guest chair on Monday's The Late Show, fellow late night host Stephen Colbert surprised James with a clip from the very first time he went on TV to do a celebrity interview. It even features one of the most famous musicians of the time. We won't reveal any more (but no, this isn't a joke), just enjoy the video above!

Also on Monday's program, James told Stephen about welcoming another baby into his life—and about an unusual interaction with Donald Trump live on a Broadway stage.

You may remember that last year, the two had a lot of fun when Stephen was in LA to host the Emmy® Awards and visited James' show to reveal the unusual side effects of being a late night host. These two are the perfect late night pair!
