Linsey Godfrey portrays “Caroline Spencer” on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. “Caroline” is an “It Girl” from New York City, who recently relocated to Los Angeles to become a designer for Forrester Creations. She is the namesake and niece of a beloved character from the show’s debut back in 1987. “Caroline” recently married “Rick Forrester” (portrayed by Jacob Young), being the first of her generation to merge the family lines of the Forresters and the Spencers.
Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Godfrey was discovered by a talent manager at the age of 15. She soon followed her acting aspirations to Hollywood, where she quickly began booking guest starring roles on hit television shows such as, One Tree Hill, NCIS, Cold Case, The Suite Life on Deck, CSI: Miami, Wizards of Waverly Place, and a contract role on Surface, where she played “Caitlin Bloom”. She can soon be seen in the upcoming films Sighting and The Culling.
In her spare time, Godfrey is a movie buff and a fitness fanatic. Being a survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Godfrey is extremely passionate about bringing awareness to the urgent need for finding a cure for cancer. She is a spokesperson for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Los Angeles (LLS) and has raised thousands of dollars for research at their annual Light the Night events.
Godfrey lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, actor Robert Adamson.
She celebrates her birthday on July 25.
