A question from twitter @GoodWifeSetDec How long does it take to create a design such as the camp counselor’s house?
In the episode Pants on Fire we shot the campgrounds and camp counselor’s home on location. Originally thinking we would build the interior but we ended up finding a location that needed more editing than dressing. In this situation we removed many items and brought in some furniture, kitchen dressing and a number of photographic prints of nature scenes, as our character was a photography teacher.

So great to see more scenes between Eli Gold and his ex wife Vanessa. Was that a set or a location? I really loved the white washed chest that has a pattern on the front of it. Very stylish. Would appreciate knowing where you got it.
Vanessa’s bedroom was a set and that two drawer chest is very versatile piece. I have used in a few different settings. It works in a bedroom or living room or even an entryway. Think about using two of them to flank a doorway or sofa. It is the Maura Accent Chest from Raymour and Flanigan www.raymourflanigan.com

Recently I saw in Will’s apartment on his large sofas there were a mix of leather and other patterned throw pillows. Where are they sold?
The leather pillows are the Indiana style from Madura. They have a great patina to them because they feel and appear broken in and worn. They are available at www.madurahome.com The others were antique kilim pillows from John Koch Antiques which they do get in every once in awhile. www.kochantiques.com Also check out the senna kilim pillow covers at www.potterybarn.com

Hi There. Can you please tell me where I can find the ceiling fixture you have in Alicia's dining room on the Good Wife set? Thanks very much.
The chandelier and sconces in Alicia's dining room are from The Jasper Series and available from City Knickerbocker www.cityknickerbocker.com or call Scott Liroff at 212-586-3939.

In Mathew Perry’s office there was a very large print of a lion. Looked like a black and white piece. Is it available anywhere for purchase or did you have it made?
That is an absolutely majestic print from Soicher Marin called Le Lion. I loved how it defined Mike Kresteva’s character. You can find it at www.soicher-marin.com

I follow you @goodwifesetdec and you have been tweeting about the sets being cleaned up and changed over hiatus. Any more insider secrets to share?
As always I will share what I can! At the end of every season we clean, restore and cover up all of our standing sets during the hiatus. At the end of season 1 we actually moved Alicia’s entire apartment set from one stage to another to be closer to all of our standing sets. We packed every item, the walls were cut and loaded on flatbed trucks and rebuilt a few blocks away. The set was wallpapered and painted again and then my crew put everything back in place. It was the only time in my career I saw a set come down and then have a second life! It was an odd process since it never happens but great to experience. For the next few weeks we are polishing floors, cleaning out things like the apartment fridge, making new set decorating purchases and getting everything ready for season 4.
