The Price is Right Nominated for Two Daytime Emmy Awards
Congratulations to The Price is Right on two Daytime Emmy nominations including Outstanding Game Show!
KIDS EDITION
For the first time ever, THE PRICE IS RIGHT, daytime television's most-watched program, is inviting children to “come on down” and play with their parents in a special Kids Episode, Friday, May 3 (11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, ET; 10:00-11:00 AM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The special episode – one of the fans’ most requested – will feature children playing with their parents at Contestants’ Row and participating in the show’s famous prizing games, including Let ‘Em Roll, Secret X and Plinko. They will have the opportunity to play for prizes which kids and parents can enjoy together, including a set of video game consoles, a backyard trampoline, a pair of go-karts, an overnight zoo experience and a family vacation.
"Having the kids in this episode gave the show an exciting energy we've never seen in the studio before," said executive producer Mike Richards. "The vibe was electric and it also brought out the kid in Drew, too!"
