This classic pudding gets its deep chocolate flavor from a combination of cocoa powder and semisweet chocolate. Simply cook a mixture of egg yolks, cream, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and the chocolate on the stovetop until it thickens, then strain it to make sure it’s smooth.
