Talk Chow: Chicken Piccata

Though usually made by sautéing thin slices of veal, we make this traditional Italian dish using boneless skinless chicken breasts. Top them with a quick lemony pan sauce flavored with garlic, white wine, capers, and lots of lemon juice. Serve this a bright, citrusy meal with a simple rice pilaf and roasted vegetables.
