Talk Chow: Dutch Apple Pie

A crunchy walnut streusel topping and the addition of cider vinegar to the filling set this apple pie recipe apart from the traditional double-crust version. Stud the sweet apple filling with golden raisins and pile it into a flaky crust. Top with the streusel and bake until golden brown and bubbly. Serve a warm slice with a melty scoop of ice cream on top.
