Patti LaBelle's Chocolate Mousse
Low-fat sugarless dessert
1 ½ cup fat free half and half
½ tsp. rum extract
1 package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
One 8 oz. container of frozen light whipped dessert topping
Whisk together rum into the half and half. Whisk in the pudding mix. Fold in all but 4 tbsp. of whipped topping. Divide evenly between four dessert dishes and refrigerate for 20 minutes (or for up to two days). Top with remaining whipped topping and serve.
