Talk Chow: Easy Jalapeño-Corn-Beer Bread

Making bread sounds difficult and time-consuming, but not this easy quick bread. Instead of using packaged dry yeast, we use beer to get a yeasty flavor. Just stir corn and pickled jalapeños together with some common pantry ingredients, and in about 1 hour, you’ll have a side to serve with chili, soup, or to eat as a snack.
