Recipes: Jamie Oliver's Meals in Minutes

Thursday, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver stops by to demo some recipes from his new cookbook, "Jamie Oliver's Meals in Minutes." Get his easy and delicious recipes here!

1 pound dried rigatoni
2 ounces Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup whole skinned almonds
2 cloves garlic
1-2 fresh red chiles
2 large bunches of fresh basil
4 anchovy fillets in oil
3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, red and yellow if possible

ENDIVE SALAD
2 heads red endive, or 1 large radicchio
2 heads Belgian endive
balsamic vinegar
a few springs of fresh rosemary
1/2 clove garlic

ARGULA SALAD
1 x 5-ounce package prewashed arugula
2 ounces Parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon

SEASONINGS
olive oil
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt & pepper­
