Monday, March 5, 2012: Victor agrees to let Adam have a second chance at Newman Enterprises. Victor assigns him to work on a project with Nick. As Nikki looks on, Jack tries to convince Sarge that he’s ready to move home. Paul arrives and informs Jack that Adam helped Patty get out of the mental institution. Jack’s anger helps him lift himself out of the wheelchair. Sarge gives him permission to leave the hospital. Sharon confronts Adam about helping Patty escape. Ricky overhears their exchange and informs Phyllis that they must release their story quickly. Phyllis insists that the article is dead. Later, Adam admits his guilt to Sharon, but says that he’s committed to making up for his wrongs. He begs her to stay with him, but she leaves. Nikki lashes out at Victor for bringing Patty to Genoa City. Victor arrives at Adam’s suite and informs him that he’s heard about his actions with Patty. Victor angrily states that Adam is nothing to him and storms out. Meanwhile, after seeing Nick comfort Sharon, Phyllis decides to run the story. ...
