Monday, April 23, 2012: In the courtroom, Daisy testifies that she wants to share custody with Daniel. As Daniel takes the stand, Daisy’s lawyer accuses him of neglecting Lucy. Michael questions him and Daniel explains why he decided to give up custody. The judge exits to render a decision. Phyllis and Avery share a warm moment outside the courtroom and agree to stay in each other’s lives. The judge returns and awards full custody to Daisy. Phyllis accuses Ricky of luring Lucy off when Daniel’s back was turned. Later, Ricky reveals to Daisy that he plans to write a tell-all on Phyllis. At the coffeehouse, Neil and Sofia accidentally bump into Harmony. Things become awkward between the two, which Sofia notices. When Neil leaves, Sofia advises Harmony to stay away from Neil. Later, Harmony pretends that she is dating Sarge in front of Neil. When Sarge leaves, Neil demands they forget about their kiss from the night before. As Neil arrives at the GCAC dining room, Sofia plants a big kiss on him. They head upstairs to make love. At the Abbott Mansion, Victor informs Jack he’s worried about Nikki’s sobriety. Nikki escorts Victor out as he criticizes her for choosing Jack. Later, Victor returns home to find a flower arrangement from Genevieve and toss it out. ...
