Tuesday, May 22, 2012: Jack informs her that a judge has ruled Adam’s sale of Beauty of Nature as legal, so his lawsuit against Genevieve can move forward. Sharon wakes up after spending the night on the couch in the Newman Ranch. Nick enters and is surprised to find Sharon there. He states that he and Phyllis are trying to do what’s best for their kids, unlike Sharon. He warns Sharon that her relationship with Victor will have a negative effect on Faith and Noah. Later, Sharon is surprised when Noah returns home. Christine informs Cane that the Justice Department is launching an investigation into Genevieve’s illegal activities. Cane privately informs Lily that he’ll go along with the interrogation and try to figure out what the Justice Department knows. Genevieve reminds Victor that he promised if she purchased Beauty of Nature, he would protect her interests. Victor refuses to get involved and Genevieve angrily vows that she will defeat Victor and the investigation. Nikki calls Victor and he reveals that he knows she’s marrying Jack. He explains that he overheard Jack’s proposal at the hospital. Nikki realizes that Victor turned to Sharon because of the proposal. Christine warns Cane that if refuses to give them information about his mother, he will be deported. Meanwhile, Jack runs into Lily and she reveals that Genevieve is being investigated by the Justice Department. ...
