Meanwhile, Victor asks Victoria to return to Newman Enterprises. Jack meets with two Jabot board members and convinces them to vote his way about the merger. Later, Jack challenges Ashley to take things to a vote. Phyllis apologizes to Billy for casting a bad light on the magazine. Billy informs Phyllis that she is fired. Phyllis informs Avery and Nick about Billy’s decision to fire her. Later, Nick confronts Billy for selling out the Newman family. Jack and Nikki are planning their wedding reception at Gloworm when Sharon and Victor enter. Privately, Nikki and Victor exchange barbs.
