Wednesday, December 26th, 2012: After they make love, Nick finds a pair of military dog tags with a man’s name on them at Avery’s apartment.

Over Christmas dinner, Jack expresses to Phyllis how grateful he is for their friendship and gives her a family heirloom that belonged to his grandmother. They kiss, but Phyllis pulls back. She gets her things to exit as Jack pours himself a drink.

Lauren and Michael question Fen about his untraceable phone. Fen covers and says he got it to text Summer. Chloe, Kevin, and Paul arrive as Fen leaves. Kevin gets mad at Chloe for informing Michael that they’re losing their house. Later, Kevin and Chloe agree that they need to stop fighting.

Nikki thanks Victor for being civil with Billy on Christmas. Nikki gives Victor his mother’s bible for Christmas. Victor gives Nikki plans for their new house. Nikki learns that they will start rebuilding the ranch after the New Year.

On Christmas morning, Nick and Sharon celebrate with their kids. Meanwhile, Phyllis questions Avery about her marriage. Fen gives Summer a beautiful pair of earrings. She thanks Fen with a kiss on the cheek. Fen complains that Summer gave Jamie a real kiss. Summer gives Fen a more intense kiss to calm him down. Later, Avery looks at the dog tags in her drawer.

Kyle finds Jack asleep on the couch with an empty decanter beside him. When Jack gives Kyle a trip to Maui, Kyle worries Jack is relapsing. Jack’s doctor hangs up on him when he calls for more pills. Jack grabs Kyle’s phone and finds Kyle’s friend Kieran who sells drugs.

Adam runs into Chelsea and informs her he has a gift for her back at the house. Chelsea is tempted to join him, but says she doesn’t think it’s a good idea. ...
