Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013: At Crimson Lights, Phyllis looks over her divorce papers and has a tense conversation with Avery. At The Underground, Victor tries to lure Nick back to Newman Enterprises. After his conversation with Victor, Nick informs Avery that he is more certain than ever that opening the club was a good idea. As they kiss, Tyler shows up to discuss marketing strategies with Nick.

At the Athletic Club, Jack tries to apologize to Congressman Wheeler. Wheeler says that he wants to keep his daughter’s story out of the press. Michael informs Jack that he wasn’t responsible for Stephanie’s death and that he won’t be pursuing the case. At Newman Enterprises, Victor demands Jack convince Adam to walk away or he will expose Stephanie’s death to the world. Jack informs Victor that Michael won’t be filing charges. Later, Victor meets with Mason and says he needs his help.

Lauren doesn’t think that Fen had anything to do with what happened to Jamie, but Michael is not as convinced. Jamie wakes up and Lauren is startled when he says Fen’s name. Fen overhears Paul inform his parents that he found a camera on the rooftop which has a picture of Jamie with Lauren’s stolen trinket box. Michael realizes this puts Fen on the rooftop where Jamie fell. ...
