Friday, January 25th, 2013: Sharon learns that Adam convinced the board to oust Billy. Billy warns Sharon that she will become a pawn in Victor and Adam’s game. Adam wants Sharon by his side at the company, but understands if she doesn’t want to be a part of the conflict in his family. Sharon informs Adam that she wants to stay. Later, Adam checks into the Athletic Club.

Victor informs Nikki that Jack stepped down at Newman Enterprises. Victor denies having anything to do with it. Victoria arrives and informs them that Adam ousted Billy. Nikki asks Victor to put off fighting for Newman until their wedding and honeymoon is over. Later, Victor calls Mason to gather information on the latest happenings at Newman. Chelsea informs Chloe that her marriage to Adam is over. Chloe assures her that she will find a workspace for them while Chelsea works on designs. Meanwhile, Cane is disappointed when Lily has to cancel their date because something came up at the office.

Avery informs Nick that she has to leave town to work on a case for the Innocence Foundation. Nick encourages her to win and they go upstairs to make love.

Billy apologizes to Victoria for letting her down. Victoria maintains that Adam won’t win. Chloe arrives and offers to buy the building Billy had for Restless Style. ...
