Monday, January 28th, 2013: Sharon tries to convince Chelsea to give Adam another chance. Later, Adam informs Chelsea that he still wants to work things out. Chelsea hopes he won’t make the divorce difficult. Sharon encourages Adam not to hold onto Newman Enterprises for the wrong reasons.

When Victoria tries to convince Adam to give back the company, Adam refuses because Victor will never change how he treats him. Victoria informs Adam that she feels sorry for him. Meanwhile, Billy worries that Jack is going too fast and may end up having a relapse. Later, Billy and Victoria promise to never put business ahead of their marriage and family.

At the athletic club, Leslie spots Congressman Wheeler and hurries to leave. She bumps into Neil and informs Neil she’ll meet him later. Leslie reveals to Tyler that Congressman Wheeler is in town. Meanwhile, Congressman Wheeler asks Victor to get Avery to drop the case she is working on for the Innocence Foundation.

Jack visits Nikki and they discuss overcoming addiction. Jack thanks her for standing up to Victor for him. Victor arrives and Nikki informs Victor that Jack realized he went after Newman for all the wrong reasons.

Lauren asks Michael why he is so determined to blame Fen for Jamie’s accident. Michael doesn’t want Fen to be guilty, but they can’t ignore the evidence. Lauren leaves in anger. At the Athletic Club, Carmine provides a welcome distraction for Lauren. Michael shows up and apologizes to Lauren and they go home together. ...
