Why the Boss wants to go undercover:
In a company with 60 years of surf history Toby likes to keep things light and fun. As the CEO he makes sure that his employees are free to skateboard, workout and bring their pets to work. A rule he lives by at both work and home is to wear what O'Neill makes. Toby hopes to find employees who are proud to be a part of the O'Neill team.

Jobs he will do undercover:

Seasonal Sales Associate – Toby has a lot of pride in the O'Neill brand. He hopes to see that all of his employees are a reflection of this passion as well. To his dismay, Toby is face to face with the kind of employee he dreads. How will the boss react when a less-than-enthusiastic employee wants to become part of the O'Neill fold?

Screen Printing – T-shirts are a large source of income for the O'Neill brand so successful screen-prints have an incredible impact on the company. Unfortunately, Toby finds out that designers have become disconnected to the screen-printing process and are leaving the printers to make some tricky decisions. How will the boss fix a disconnected system of communication within his company?

Assistant Manager of Retail – Over the past five years O'Neill has started opening its own branded stores. In order to expand, sales in these stores needs to be on point. Toby is stoked to find that employees are coming up with their own marketing ideas that are truly working. Will the boss catch the wave or wipe out when it comes to selling the products?

Stocker – A problem with inventory could mean trouble for an O'Neill retailer so the stock room is an important step in preventing problems. Toby, however, is faced with the fact that the equipment is dated and slow. What solution will the boss come up with in order to eradicate errors in inventory?
