1. Which employee do feel you learned the most from through your shadowing experience?
Bryon: "This is a tough one to answer, as I did something different and had a unique experience with each of them. I had a significant takeaway from each employee but if I had to pick one, I would say that Tyler was the biggest because he represents the future of our brand as an apprentice.
Tyler is someone who will make Marco’s his whole life. When given an opportunity, he will jump in 100 percent and create something meaningful with his life. To see such a quality young man looking for that chance and to know our apprentice program will be his opportunity—that just reinforces the rationale for moving the program forward even more quickly than before."
