To enter: The sweepstakes begins 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 5/5/04 and ends 10:00 AM ET on 6/2/04 ("promotion period"). To enter this sweepstakes go to www.CBS.com anytime during the promotion period and follow the links on the homepage to the Dr Pepper-Academy of Country Music Awards sweepstakes. Entrants must accurately complete entire online entry form and successfully submit same in order to be eligible for prize drawing. The use of automated or third party entry software is prohibited. Limit one entry per eligible person/e-mail address. Any entry submitted subsequent to an entrant's first entry is void. An incomplete or corrupted entry is void. "Releasees" (as defined in rule #3) assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures unauthorized access of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules & the winner agrees to use of his or her name and/or photograph for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Prize Drawing: Potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to take place on or about 6/5/04, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing conducted by Marden-Kane Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on matters relating to this promotion. Marden-Kane will notify potential prize winner by regular mail within 7-10 days of drawing. Potential grand prize winner will be required to sign, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability within 10 days of issuance of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Should the potential winner decide to decline prize for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-Day/3-Night Trip to the 40th Academy of Country Music Awards. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to telecast city to be announced from a single major airport in the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii closest to the winner's home, a double occupancy hotel room for 3 nights and admission for two to the 40th Academy of Country Music Awards on date to be announced. If winner resides within 100 miles of telecast city the air transportation portion of this prize will not be awarded. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If the 40th Academy of Country Music Awards show is canceled, rescheduled or the winner cannot take the trip to be in the telecast city on the specified date (to be determined), the sweepstakes Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and guest other than to supply the trip as described, minus the attendance at the Academy of Country Music Awards, within one year from date of prize notification. All other expenses relating to the acceptance of the grand prize, which are not explicitly listed, are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Guest and winner must travel together on same itinerary, and each is required to sign a release of liability and publicity (unless prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is under 18 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian and such parent or legal guardian must sign and timely return the release of liability/publicity on the minor's behalf. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award prize of comparable or greater value. Estimated retail value of grand prize is $3,000. Actual value of prize may vary based on travel costs at time of reservation. Any tax on prize is the responsibility of winner.

Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, including Marden-Kane, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders & agents (collectively, "Releasees") from any & all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize (including, without limitation, any travel or activity related thereto.)
Internet: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Should this promotion be terminated the Sponsor reserves the right to select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Not eligible to enter this sweepstakes or win the prize offered are employees, agents, officers, directors of the Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings) including any person(s) living in the same household of same. Void in Puerto Rico & wherever prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state & local laws & regulations. U.S. law governs this sweepstakes.
