Peter Boyle is probably best known for his starring role in the CBS series EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND, for which he recently received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Among his additional television credits are the mini-series "Echoes in the Darkness" and "Guts and Glory: The Rise and Fall of Oliver North," both on CBS, "The Tragedy of Flight 103: The Inside Story" and "In the Lake of the Woods." In 1996, Boyle received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for an appearance on "The X-Files." Boyle's many feature film credits include "Monster's Ball," "The Candidate," "Young Frankenstein," "Taxi Driver," "Beyond the Poseidon Adventure," "The Santa Clause," "Joe," "While You Were Sleeping" and "Dr. Dolittle."
