The biggest names and emerging stars of country music take to not one, but three famous Nashville stages as Keith Urban and Mickey Guyton host the 56th Academy of Country Music Awards™. The special will be broadcast live on Sunday, April 18 at 8/7c on CBS, and available to stream live or on-demand with Paramount+.

Where and when are the 56th ACM Awards?

The awards will air live on Sunday, April 18, 2021, at 8 PM ET / 7 PM CT (on delay at 8 PM PT). Hosts Keith Urban and Mickey Guyton will present from Nashville, TN using three iconic Country Music venues—the Grand Ole Opry House, Ryman Auditorium, and The Bluebird Cafe.
 

Who's nominated for a 56th ACM Award?

It's another history-setting year with the nominations for the 56th ACM Awards. Not only are four Black artists—Jimmie Allen, Kane Brown, Mickey Guyton, and John Legend—nominated for awards in a single year, but every Single of the Year nomination features a female artist.

Other nominees include reigning Female Artist of the Year winner Maren Morris and now three-time Entertainer of the Year nominee Chris Stapleton, each earning six nominations. Miranda Lambert snagged five nominations, which continues her streak as the most-nominated female artist in Academy history with 68 nods in her career.
