1. #TheCheerleaders Reflect On Their Adventures During The Amazing Race

After traveling the globe, Tiffany and Krista (#TheCheerleaders) came up short on Episode 11 of The Amazing Race, and Phil Keoghan had to give them the disappointing news that their adventure was over.

While the besties aren't proceeding to the final leg of the journey, the tenacious team learned a lot while traveling so closely together.

Read what this gal pal team had to say about their experience on The Amazing Race.
1. If there was one super power you wished you had what would it be and which leg of the race would you have used it?

2. 1. If there was one super power you wished you had what would it be and which leg of the race would you have used it?

Tiffany: "With the power of invisibility, I could vanish in the blink of an eye. I would've definitely used this super power in India on the 10th leg where I had to deliver the balloons at night. Completing this task in seconds without anyone being able to see me would've been great."

Krista: "If there was one super power I wish I had on the race, it would be the ability to predict the future. I would have definitely used that power on the last leg and never gotten into the cab after the Roadblock. If I could see the future, I would have been able to see that our driver had no idea where he was taking us and would have chosen to get another driver. Too bad I’m not psychic!"
2. Has being on The Amazing Race and going through all of the challenges and triumphs inspired you in any way?

3. 2. Has being on The Amazing Race and going through all of the challenges and triumphs inspired you in any way?

Tiffany: "Absolutely! This whole experience has made me such a stronger person, physically and mentally. At times, the tasks were very difficult for Krista and I, but I would always put that aside and just tell myself, 'A lot depends on this,' and that would push me to the limit that I thought I never had."

Krista: "We came on the race to inspire other women, but I think this experience inspired me personally more than I ever thought it would. I learned more about myself in 21 days than I probably did in my entire life. I learned how to overcome challenges and I feel that I can now persevere through any obstacle that is thrown my way. I believe there is nothing that I cannot do now. The race gave me a type of strength and confidence that I never knew I had."
3. What happened under that water? It looked wavy, like there were water jets or something. Were the lights bad?

4. 3. What happened under that water? It looked wavy, like there were water jets or something. Were the lights bad?

Krista: "A lot of viewers do not understand how easy a Roadblock can look on television. It was a lot harder than it looked. When I was outside the water, I was able to see where all the goldfish were placed, but being in the water was a completely different ball game. There were strong jets that blasted bubbles, big waves, and bright lights. I could not see a single thing and had to feel around even though my eyes were opened.

The lights were the worst part because the lights looked exactly like the goldfish from far away. You also have to remember that pressure is another factor that comes into play. The yelling and screaming from the performance members was adding to the pressure of the task and I felt completely overwhelmed."
4. How do you feel having come so far when many people underestimated you?

5. 4. How do you feel having come so far when many people underestimated you?

Tiffany: "It's such a great feeling and I'm so proud of what we accomplished on the show. People automatically underestimate us because we're 'cheerleaders.' We underwent extensive tryouts, practices, and performances to be a part of the NFL Flight Crew. It was mentally and physically draining to us but, at the same time, very rewarding.

We had a rough start in the beginning, but we know how to work as a team and trust one another since we were previous teammates for a few years as cheerleaders. Sticking together and encouraging one another is in our character. We would never place blame or put each other down because that's not who we are! I believe people genuinely felt and were drawn to the positive vibes."

Krista: "I really feel that Tiffany and I broke the 'cheerleader' stereotype. Everyone counted us out as soon as they saw our physical appearance. This is something we deal with on a regular basis by just the way we look. We are strong, intelligent, and determined women. I am beyond proud to say that we made it all the way to the Final Four. More importantly, we stayed true to who we were and raced with class and respect."
5. Was there something going on between you and #TeamTexas?

6. 5. Was there something going on between you and #TeamTexas?

Tiffany: "From day one, we started to build a strong genuine friendship with #TeamTexas and that's it. We have a lot in common and got along very well during the race. Being away from your home, family, and friends, it was nice to be able to connect with not only the boys but with #TeamAlabama.

In the second leg, we ran out of money and the boys helped us out and gave us the $15 we needed for transportation. From that moment, I knew we could trust them and were very grateful to them. During the race, we made some really good friends that will last a life time."

Krista: "We immediately bonded with them from the second we met. They are incredible people inside and out—and they aren’t too bad on the eyes, either. We spent a lot of our down time together and they made the race a blast for us. We would laugh so hard together that our stomachs would hurt. Too bad they live in Texas but, hey, maybe a long distance relationship can work in the future."
6. Out of all the locations, which leg was your favorite one?

7. 6. Out of all the locations, which leg was your favorite one?

Tiffany: "Hands down, Africa was my all-time favorite! I would love to go back and hope to have the opportunity to do so in the future. I loved everything about it—all the beautiful wild animals living free out in the open and the people were so nice and humble. It was like being in paradise."

Krista: "Out of everywhere we traveled on the race, I have to say that Africa was my favorite location. I have always dreamed of visiting there and I feel blessed I had the opportunity to do so. The people from Zambia and Zimbabwe were the most generous and humble individuals I have ever met. I was honored that I had the chance to learn and experience their culture and values. The location itself was beautiful. When will I ever get the chance to just see an elephant roaming down the street? That certainly does not happen in New York."
7. Was there anything you learned about each other that you didn’t know before the Race?

8. 7. Was there anything you learned about each other that you didn’t know before the Race?

Tiffany: "We now know we can be with one another 24/7 without pulling each other's hair out! The Amazing Race has reinforced everything we already knew about our friendship. A friendship that can never be broken."

Krista: "Tiffany and I have known each other for seven years. I thought we knew everything about each other, but I learned so much more about her during the race. When I was giving up at the Roadblock, she pushed me through. I learned how strong she can be under pressure. If I didn’t have her when I was feeling down, I would have never completed the task.

We balanced each other out and I could not have done this race with any other person. We were 'teammates' before the race, but that word takes on a whole new meaning now. After going through this experience together, we now have an unbreakable bond that no one can even begin to understand."
