Sheldon (Jim Parsons), Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Howard (Simon Helberg), and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) have certainly seen their fair share of highs and lows on The Big Bang Theory. But if there's one thing that keeps them together, it's their shared love of all things nerdy!

Whether it's playing tabletop role-playing games, waiting in line for the latest Star Wars movie, or dressing up at Comic-Con, these four scientists are nigh inseparable.

As the latest season of The Big Bang Theory continues, let's take a look back at some of the guys' most harrowing (and hilarious) adventures in geekdom.

Watch all-new episodes of The Big Bang Theory on Thursdays at 8/7c on CBS and CBS All Access.

"The Bitcoin Entanglement" (Episode 9, Season 11)

When Leonard, Howard, and Raj learn they're potentially sitting on a Bitcoin fortune, Sheldon attempts to teach the guys a lesson after they edged him out of the digital investment seven years earlier. The result is a wild goose (coin?) chase that costs all four guys the whole kit and caboodle. Curses!

Stream "The Bitcoin Entanglement" now on CBS All Access.

"The Retraction Reaction" (Episode 2, Season 11)

Following Leonard's devastating radio interview, he and the rest of the guys have a "crisis of science" and get drunk in commiseration together. To cheer themselves up, they go to the grave of their beloved hero, theoretical physicist Richard Feynman.

Stream "The Retraction Reaction" now on CBS All Access.

"The Perspiration Implementation" (Episode 5, Season 9)

In order to be more active (for once), the guys decide to take up fencing with Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie). If the foursome weren't Musketeers before, they certainly were then!

"The Bachelor Party Corrosion" (Episode 3, Season 9)

Nothing like a good ol' fashion bachelor party for some quality male bonding! Unfortunately, Leonard's pre-marriage merriment was stymied by a flat tire as the guys were on their way to Mexico, which put all their scientific knowhow to the test!

"The Convention Conundrum" (Episode 14, Season 7)

When the guys fail to get tickets to San Diego Comic-Con, Sheldon takes it upon himself to start his own convention with an all-too-game James Earl Jones, while the other men resort to going to ticket scalpers. In the end, the Star Wars legend decides to take all four guys as his guests to SDCC.

"The Bakersfield Expedition" (Episode 13, Season 6)

Speaking of conventions... On their way to Bakersfield Comic-Con, the guys—dressed in full Star Trek: The Next Generation costumes—get stranded in the desert when Leonard's car gets stolen. It's a bonding experience worthy of any Starfleet away mission, to be sure!

"The Santa Simulation" (Episode 11, Season 6)

With Christmas fast approaching, Leonard acts as the Dungeon Master (or "DM") for a holiday-themed Dungeons & Dragons campaign, proving (once again) the year-round versatility of tabletop gaming with your buddies.

"The Zarnecki Incursion" (Episode 19, Season 4)

When a nefarious mystery player hacks Sheldon's World of Warcraft account and plunders his precious inventory, the guys team up to track down the cyber-thief in a real-life quest fit for Azeroth.

"The 21-Second Excitation" (Episode 8, Season 4)

While waiting in line for a special midnight screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark that includes 21 extra seconds of never-before-seen footage, the guys' night out is spoiled by Star Trek: The Next Generation alum and Sheldon's nemesis, Wil Wheaton, who waltzes right into the theatre with no trouble.

"The Precious Fragmentation" (Episode 17, Season 3)

Any The Lord of the Rings fan worth their salt knows that the One Ring is the most coveted of all items in Middle-earth. So, when the guys discover a One Ring prop at a garage sale that turns out to be the very same ring from Peter Jackson's film trilogy, the guys channel their inner Gollum to lay claim to the "precious."

"The Monopolar Expedition" (Episode 23, Season 2)

When the guys decide to spend their summer at the North Magnetic Pole to assist Sheldon with his string theory experiment, they prepare for the bitter-cold temperatures by spending some time in a Cheesecake Factory freezer. (Hey, birds of a feather freeze together!)

"The Bat Jar Conjecture" (Episode 13, Season 1)

In a not-so-surprising turn of events, Sheldon gets kicked off the guys' Physics Bowl team when he proves to be in it for his own vanity. As a result, Sheldon goes head to head with his besties-turned-enemies... and loses. Better luck next time, Cooper!
