ICYMI Who Will Become The Final HoH?

With the game coming to an end, the remaining Houseguests are struggling to decide just who they'd take to the end if they won the final HoH. While Vanessa is a master at making—and breaking—deals, Liz admitted in the Diary Room that she feels confident that the Vegas babe would choose to take her to the Final 2 over Steve.

Will Vanessa stay loyal to Liz, or is this another ploy to keep the odds in her favor?

Things got serious after the Final 3 Houseguests made a light-hearted toast in the kitchen. No longer feeling the bubbly effects of the champagne, Steve was ready to talk game with Vanessa. The engineering student spoke frankly to the poker-playing DJ and said he knew she made a deal to take Liz to the Finals.

In true Vanessa fashion, she flipped the tables and said that while she made Liz promise to take her to the end, she never made such a promise to the Miami babe. Steve said he could understand how pressuring Liz to take Vanessa to the finals was a smart move, but added that the card-slinging gal would have a better chance winning if she took him to the finals instead.

Will Steve's bet land him on the chopping block, or will his plea ultimately win Vanessa's trust?

We've seen our fair share of Big Brother bromances, but we've never seen something quite as geek-tastic as Steve and Johnny Mac's nerdmance. While some guys bonded over pumping iron and protein shakes, this unlikely duo spent their days sitting down to a refined game of chess and cracking awkward jokes at the pool table.

Ah, summer nerdmances—short-lived, yet oddly magical.

You can run, you can hide, but the Diary Room will eventually make you confront your inner demons.

In the sometimes hilarious, often uncomfortable Diary Room montage, the Houseguests exposed it all for the camera. From wishing for their mommies (looking at you, Jace) to completely cocooning themselves in fleece (caught 'cha, Audrey), no one was safe from unleashing their true emotions once behind closed doors.

Love is a many messy splendored thing.

While talking about her relationship with Austin, Liz admitted that their summer romance wasn't all sunshine and roses. After insulting the bearded giant's chicken marinade, Liz found herself having to clean up more than one mess after he tossed the unappetizing meal at her. Not only did she have to patch things up with Austin, but she also had to scrub the dinner she hated out of her hair.

But if she had to wash her blonde locks, then her wrestling beau would have to wash his ponytail beard. Seems only fair.

Step right up, ladies and gentleman! We've got popcorn, we've got candy, and we've quite the surprise in store for you!

The remaining contestants dipped their way into Part 1 of a three-part HoH competition by playing "How About Them Apples," where the remaining Houseguests were asked to hop onto a dangling apple and hold on for dear life as they were dunked into a sticky, candy-like goo and slammed into a hungry wall.

Who will hold on the longest and find themselves one step closer to becoming the final—and most influential—HoH?
