This week, Season 16 runner-up Cody Calafiore sat down with Jeff Schroeder on the Big Brother After Show to talk about how his older brother—and recently evicted Season 18 Houseguest—Paulie played the game this summer.

Find out what life's been like since the former sales account exec was on the show in 2014, his opinion on Paulie's gameplay, and what he really thinks about how his older bro treated Zakiyah.

In case you missed it, here are some the most revealing moments from Jeff's chat with Cody.

Watch Big Brother on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8/7c, and Thursdays at 9/8c on CBS and CBS All Access.

1. Cody has been focusing on acting since 2014.

Ever since leaving the BB16 house, Cody has been putting most of his time and attention into being an actor. These days, this Calafiore charmer is waiting for his newest movie to drop, shooting a pilot in September, and busy studying the craft he's grown to love.

As Jeff said, with a face like Cody's, he'll have no trouble landing gigs—and we couldn't agree more!

2. He believes Paulie's tears were the real deal.

2. He believes Paulie's tears were the real deal.

Many Big Brother fans—including Paulie—said his tears were just part of his strategy, but Cody has different thoughts on his brother's attention-grabbing waterworks. However, Cody did say the tears seemed a little less believable the closer Paulie inched toward eviction.
3. He thinks Bridgette was pretty harsh toward his brother in the Jury House.

3. He thinks Bridgette was pretty harsh toward his brother in the Jury House.

Once Paulie joined Da'Vonne, Zakiyah, and Bridgette in the Jury House, drama ensued and the traveling nurse definitely spoke her mind. Watching the episode for himself, Cody felt Bridgette's reaction toward his brother was a bit over the top, even though he didn't side with some of Paulie's name-calling.

"The extent Bridgette went to was too much," Cody said to Jeff. "She was too aggressive. Sure, Zakiyah was pissed, but she had every right to be. And, then there was Da'Vonne, who was just enjoying it all. All she needed was some popcorn!"

Watching Nicole, a fellow Season 16 Houseguest, Cody can't help but be shocked that she fell into another showmance after spending most of her first Big Brother experience glued to Hayden's hip.

"She saw what happened last time, when Caleb put her up on the block with her boy Hayden," Cody said. "But, this season, it seems like everyone is in a showmance and, honestly, I think it might be the one thing that's saving her this time around."
5. Cody has some short-and-sweet advice for Paulie.

If Cody could talk to his older brother right now he'd say, "Relax and enjoy your time in the Jury House—and, don't say anything bad."
6. He explains the difference between his and Paulie's Big Brother strategies.

As a spectator this season, Cody wished Paulie had stuck closer by another competition beast in the house—like Victor—as he'd done with Caleb in BB16. Instead, Paulie went head-to-head with the strongest players and tried sending those people out too soon, which ultimately hurt his own game.

"Paulie should have kept those relationships with people like Victor strong," Cody said about his brother's gameplay. "Those aren't the people you send out in the beginning. You're supposed to mend those relationships."
7. He wishes Paulie would've aligned with Tiffany.

One Houseguest Cody couldn't get enough of was Tiffany and, before she left the game, he often caught himself yelling at Paulie through the Live Feeds, hoping he'd team up with her in the game.

"I was even talking to Vanessa [Rousso from Season 17]," Cody said about the dynamic sibling duo. "We were both hoping for it."
